anticipated serendipity

what does this mean? *shakes head and shrugs shoulders*

well.. serendipity refers to something unexpected.. so anticipating the unexpected becomes an oxymoron, doesnt it?

It means “don’t know and can’t say” These are body movements – in most parts of the world moving the head left and right (shaking) means no and lifting the shoulders (shrug) means don’t know, don’t care, not important
